Try asking it:
It listens for which one they are
Your flyer names three people: the one who fears failure, the one who doesn't know where to start, and the one already in business who can't stay consistent. The assistant recognises which one is messaging and reflects it back before offering the call — because feeling understood is what makes someone book, not a list of services.
Your intake form, as a conversation
It collects exactly what your Google Form collects — name and surname, business name, email, phone, and whether they're Idea, Start Up or Growth Phase — except nobody has to click a link and fill in boxes. It asks naturally in the chat, works out the stage from how they describe themselves, and lands it in a dashboard. You walk into the discovery call already knowing who you're talking to.
What it deliberately won't do
It won't guess your fees, session length or availability — those are yours to set, so it captures the enquiry instead. It won't give financial, investment or legal advice: "Pricing and Cash-Flow" and "Funding Readiness" are coaching topics, and it keeps that line clearly. And it never promises anyone a business outcome or that they'll get funding. Send me your fees and how you run sessions and it'll answer those too.
